Here is the order form for uniforms this year. Please mark the bottom of the form for OSP (Online School Payment) or Cash (or money order). Access the OSP system from the Hopewell MS home page under Important Information.
Parents & Students: Order forms for uniforms are available in class or you may print the order form linked above. We are using the same uniform as last year. Returning students – Please check that your uniform from last year still fits (and that you know where it is)! 🙂
New orders: Please use the sizing guide and information on the back of the hard copy form (or linked above) to measure your child and determine the correct size. Or, students may come to the chorus room before school to try on the uniforms. There are several sizes of the red polo-style shirts and a few of the black uniforms in the chorus room for sizing reference. Return the form and make your payment to school by Thursday, Aug. 30, 2018 and we will place one order from the school.
All orders must be paid through OSP or by cash. Thank you!
Uniforms are an important part of the presentation for choral performances. HMS students will wear red polo-style shirts with the HMS Chorus logo for informal performances. For formal performances, students will wear all black. Girls will wear a black scoop neck, 3/4 length sleeve top with a black, floor-length skirt, black shoes (flats preferred) and black hosiery. Boys will wear a black, long-sleeved dress shirt, black dress pants, black belt, and black shoes and socks.
Students are required to have all 3 items for performances throughout the year. (6th grade students may substitute the black uniform with similar items they already own for the black uniform). Students who have already purchased these items will not need any new uniform items. We have a limited number of gently used uniforms available at reduced costs and students with financial hardship may request assistance.
